Who we are

Complyd is a compliance management tool for UK private landlords. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights over it.

What we collect

When you take the free risk audit we collect your name, email address and your answers about your properties' compliance position. If you become a customer, we also store the property details, certificates and documents you upload so the service can work.

How we use it

We use your data to generate your compliance report, send you the report and relevant compliance reminders by email, and operate the service. We do not sell your data to anyone.

Where it's stored

Your data is stored securely with our hosting and database providers. Access is restricted and encrypted in transit.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely. Email us and we'll action it promptly.

Marketing

We only email you your report and genuinely useful compliance reminders. Every email includes a way to opt out, and opting out is immediate.
